Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Memory Card website and services. By accessing or using our website you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms you should not use the service.

About Memory Card

Memory Card provides a service allowing users to purchase and schedule greeting cards in advance for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and other events. Users may either choose a card themselves or allow Memory Card to automatically select a suitable card closer to the delivery date.

Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Scheduling Greeting Cards

  • Users may schedule greeting cards for delivery on future dates.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring recipient names, addresses and other delivery details are accurate.
  • Orders may be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch through the Orders section of the user dashboard.
  • Where automatic card selection is chosen, Memory Card will select an appropriate card before dispatch.
Delivery Date Disclaimer

We aim to dispatch cards in time to meet your selected delivery date. However, delivery services are operated by third parties and therefore we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Memory Card shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Message Content Responsibility

Where users add personal messages to greeting cards, the user is solely responsible for the content of that message. Memory Card does not routinely review or moderate personal messages before dispatch and accepts no responsibility for the wording or content included in personalised messages.

Card Design Substitution

Where the automatic card selection option is used, Memory Card will choose a card design considered suitable for the occasion. In rare circumstances where a selected or scheduled card becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar design of equal or greater value.

Cancellation and Returns

  • To cancel an order, notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched may also be cancelled by visiting the Orders section of your dashboard.
  • Only non-personalised items may be returned.
  • Returned items must remain in their original condition.
Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.
  • Bank processing may require an additional 2 to 14 days.
  • Deductions may apply where items show excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Delivery Issues

  • Memory Card is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other third-party delivery providers.
  • If incorrect or incomplete address information is supplied, additional delivery charges may apply.
Non-Delivery, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@memory-card.co.uk.
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund if notified within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, photographic evidence may be requested to support your claim.
User Reviews

Customers may leave reviews on products purchased through Memory Card.

To maintain authenticity and trust, reviews may be displayed alongside the reviewer’s first name and the initial of their surname, for example Emily R.

By submitting a review you consent to Memory Card displaying your first name and last name initial with the review. If you prefer not to have your name displayed, you may request anonymisation or removal by contacting us at support@memory-card.co.uk.

Content Ownership

All greeting card designs, artwork, illustrations, branding and written content displayed on Memory Card are owned by Memory Card or licensed to us. Users are not permitted to upload, submit or publish their own greeting card designs, artwork or other creative content through the platform.
