What are Contacts?
Contacts are the people you want to send cards to. Saving contacts makes future scheduling much quicker, because names, occasions, and recipient details are already organised in one place.
Add a contact
Adding a contact is simple. Go to Contacts in the main menu and click New Contact, then save the details you already have.
You can also add a contact while scheduling a card by choosing New Contact during the process.
If you do not have all the details yet, that is fine. Memory Card provides unique contact links that you can send to the recipient, allowing them to add their own information securely when it suits them.
Edit a contact
To edit a contact, go to Contacts, choose the contact you want to update, make the changes, and click Save.
What are Households?
Households are saved delivery addresses. They make sending future cards easier because you do not need to re-enter the same address details every time.
Add a household
Adding a household is simple. Go to Households in the main menu and click New Address, then save the details you already have.
You can also add a household while scheduling a card by choosing New Address during the process.
